Site Supervisors - Andrew Oliver - Qualified Diesel Mechanic

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Site Safe Passport - Advanced
  • 8 years experience as Golf & Sports Turf Construction worker including civil works, laser levelling, sand and compost spreading, fertilizing, drainage, irrigation installation
  • Experienced Heavy Machinery Operator

Irrigation Technician – Jack Crane

  • 3 years experience as a Golf & Sports Turf Construction worker including civil works, laser levelling, sand and compost spreading, fertilizing, drainage
  • Jack looks after and runs the irrigation section of our Contracts including wiring up and installing controllers

Each member of staff have an individual training plan where their upskilling potential is recognised and supported by the Company. Each member of staff has their abilities assessed as a minimum of six monthly as part of the Company Annual H&S Program by a Supervisor and Staff are also invited to suggest what areas they would like to have extra training on. Individuals are also periodically assessed and evaluated on the job as part of the Companies focus on health and safety and job related activities performance.
